Strictly Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made through the Pulse Productions platform — including event ticket purchases, school prom deposit installments, and any other financial obligations — are final and strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Once a payment has been submitted and processed, it cannot be reversed, returned, credited, or transferred to another person, event, or obligation. This policy applies regardless of:
- Whether the event is attended or not
- Cancellation or rescheduling of the event by the organiser
- Changes to personal circumstances, including travel or health
- Duplicate or accidental payments
- Any dissatisfaction with the event or services rendered
School Deposit Obligations
Deposit payments made towards school prom and event reservation obligations are processed on behalf of the student's school finance committee. These deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once submitted. Any disputes regarding deposit amounts or deadlines must be directed to the school finance committee, not to Pulse Productions.
Event Ticket Purchases
All event ticket purchases are final and binding at the time of payment confirmation. Tickets cannot be exchanged, resold, or refunded. In the event that Pulse Productions cancels an event entirely, affected ticket holders will be notified and any resolution will be at the sole discretion of Pulse Productions.
Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Paymob, a licensed payment gateway. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy in its entirety. Pulse Productions is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
